What to Expect as a Customer Care Associate
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for: - Handling Incoming Calls: Respond to approximately 75 to 100 calls per day from policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction. - Developing Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. - Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with management and team members to address service issues and concerns, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. - Providing Front-Line Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need: - 1 Year of Office Experience: A minimum of one year of experience working in an office environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. - Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. - Remote Work Experience: A minimum of six months of work-from-home experience, with a dedicated quiet area for working. - High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills.
