Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team of customer service professionals. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery. Your primary goal will be to move analysis from the customer, working with critical and engaging conversations, and conveying customer insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly and skillfully, assisting them with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product releases, features, and promotions to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Assist customers with order management, including cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, including those related to product quality, delivery, and payment.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, keeping them informed about the status of their orders and any expected delays.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the business to inform decision-making.

* Client Care: Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Thing Data: Cultivate a deep understanding of arenaflex's product range to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and skillfully, working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Demand Management: Assist customers with order management, including cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise information to customers, keeping them informed about the status of their orders and any expected delays.
  • Client Analysis: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the business to inform decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in retail.

  • 1 year of experience working with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • 1 year of experience recognizing and resolving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • 1 year of experience effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints.

Physical and Environmental Demands

* Work is performed in a remote setting, with occasional travel to arenaflex offices or customer locations.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, and noise.
