Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence. Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests
  • Check work process reports to ensure required data is available
  • Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
  • Output, print, and list reports
  • Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
  • Keep up-to-date departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
  • Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
  • Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

Education

  • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

  • No prior work experience is required

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in standard office software

Compensation and Benefits
