Job Duties
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Fielding Inbound Calls: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Projecting a Friendly and Helpful Demeanor: Providing exceptional customer service through clear and concise communication.
- Working Efficiently and Effectively: Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Scheduling Service Appointments: Coordinating appointments and answering basic inquiries as needed.
- Gathering and Updating Customer Information: Collecting and updating customer and vehicle information to ensure accurate records.
- Addressing Customer Inquiries and Concerns: Resolving customer issues and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives.
- Conducting Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls following a pre-designed script to follow up on service and sales opportunities.
- Adhering to Company Direction: Strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- A Quiet Workplace: A distraction-free environment that allows you to focus on your work.
- High-Speed Internet and Compatible Wired Headset: Reliable internet connectivity and a compatible headset to ensure seamless communication.
- Typing Skills: A minimum of 35 words per minute to efficiently process customer inquiries.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a contact center environment.
