Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services, and you'll need to respond quickly and professionally to ensure that customers feel valued and heard. Responsibilities

As a key member of our Amazon Seller Support team, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve team goals
  • Staying up-to-date with new software and tools, company policies and procedures, and customer needs

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and solution-focused approaches

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications such as chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Familiarity with Amazon's policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
