About the Role:

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, representing our values and services to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Troubleshooting issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with less-than-perfect credit

  • Resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive compensation package, with a minimum starting rate of $15/hour

  • Top 75% of Customer Service associates are eligible for incentives
  • Opportunity to promote twice within 1 year of employment
