About the Job:

As an Experienced Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our Customer Service Representatives, providing support and training, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service excellence. You will be the voice of arenaflex, and your leadership skills will be instrumental in fostering a culture of betterment among the team that promotes learning and skill growth. Your role will involve:

  • Overseeing performance metrics to drive team growth and productivity
  • Providing employee training and development opportunities
  • Assisting with complex order management and resolving escalated customer issues
  • Monitoring customer feedback across various platforms and maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Fostering and contributing to arenaflex's betterment culture
  • Regular collaboration with the Customer Experience Manager and handling administrative duties

What You'll Do:

* Lead and support the Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Maintain an environment of professionalism and positive team dynamics
  • Oversee performance metrics to drive team growth and productivity
  • Provide employee training and development opportunities
  • Assist with complex order management and resolve escalated customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well within a teamwork-based environment
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team members
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities or processes
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Supervisory experience in a customer service environment

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Experience with performance metric analysis and employee reviews

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour
