Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
- Providing specialized support for network infrastructure and internal workstations, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and record system security
- Offering technical assistance to PC system clients, answering questions or resolving issues via phone or remote access
- Providing guidance on the use of PC equipment and software, including printing, installation, project systems (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and operating systems
- Collaborating with clients to resolve technical issues, including equipment or software breakdowns, client errors, and other concerns
- Conducting site visits within the region to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed
- Following up with clients to confirm issues were resolved completely
- Completing service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
- Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server)
- Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Remote Desktop Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other internet browsers (desired)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
