Job Summary

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, while also working closely with our Service Managers to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Understand and implement all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers

• Take all overflow inbound service calls, providing a professional and polite demeanor to every customer interaction
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring that all appointments are booked efficiently and effectively
• Work closely with Service Managers to ensure that customer experiences are consistently positive and exceed expectations
• Maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized support and solutions to their needs

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to provide a world-class experience to customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support
• Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
• Organized, detailed, and able to multitask, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
