What You'll Do:
* Answer customer calls, identify their problems, and help resolve them
- Assist with troubleshooting customer's phones, tablets, and computers
- Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
- Work against established metrics to help you develop professionally
Your Qualifications:
* Speak and understand Danish
- Live in Denmark (note: you'll work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- Have a high level of English proficiency
- Be interested in technology and not afraid to take on technical challenges
- Know what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it
- Have a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
