Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Automotive Service Department Appointment and Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and working closely with our Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
• Understand and execute all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
- Take all overflow inbound service calls, ensuring that all calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling, providing clear and concise information about our services and products
- Work closely with Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a world-class experience that exceeds their expectations
Essential Qualifications
• Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
- Professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
- Organized, detailed, and able to multitask, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
- Strong team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual is a strong plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on appointment setting and customer experience
- Strong knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
