Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. Your expertise will be essential in providing accurate product information to customers, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

• Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely deliveries
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's vast product range and provide accurate information to customers
• Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures while using customer support tools and software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Demand Management:

+ Assist customers with order management, cancellations, returns, and exchanges + Collaborate with the logistics team to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries

• Communication:

+ Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, providing accurate and timely information + Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and any potential delays

Experience and Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer support setting, preferably in retail

• 1 year of experience in resolving customer complaints and issues, collaborating with internal teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• 1 year of experience in managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries
• 1 year of experience in building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Physical and Environmental Requirements

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer and phone
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment with occasional exposure to cold or hot temperatures
• Must be able to work in a noise-controlled environment with occasional exposure to loud noises
