Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Science Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Information Science CoE, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts, driving the development of data-driven solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the success of our data-driven initiatives

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that our data-driven decisions are actionable and impactful
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques to drive business value
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience leading a team of data scientists and analysts
• Strong technical skills in SQL, PySpark, Python, AI/Deep Learning, and data visualization tools
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail, personalization, marketing, e-commerce, or supply chain management

• Strong knowledge of data science, AI, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
