The Role

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and offering recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality service delivery
  • Staying up-to-date with our clients' products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers

  • Minimum of a weekly availability of at least 5 hours
  • Dependable and fast internet connection
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and friendly

  • Systematic approach to work, with the ability to record questions and answers to stay on top of your workload
