Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team and contribute to the success of our corporate database management and information maintenance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Perform input of customer and account data from source documents, including text-based and numerical information, into our corporate databases and computer systems.
  • Data Organization and Prioritization: Organize information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Research and Verification: Perform research to find further information as needed, verify data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities.
  • Data Solutions and Techniques: Utilize appropriate data solutions, techniques, and procedures to optimize data entry activities and ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting and Backup: Prepare reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Perform scanning and printing of documents as required.
  • Information Access and Response: Respond to queries for information, access relevant files, and ensure the adherence to corporate policies of data integrity and security.
  • Office Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper usage of office equipment, report any problems, and ensure the maintenance of office equipment.

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: 2+ years' experience working in a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk position, with a strong background in administrative duties and office equipment usage.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience with MS Office and data management software, including spreadsheets and online forms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with strong organization skills, good responsibility, and confidentiality.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy, high typing speed, and close attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Education: High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be a bonus.
