Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our part-time remote team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with soft drink fountain machines, refrigeration equipment, and other related equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on soft drink fountain machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
  • Investigate and resolve issues with pop fountain equipment, including identifying and reporting defects or malfunctions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude, providing exceptional service and support to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, business administration)

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and refrigeration equipment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Technical Support Specialist)
