Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs
- Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to inform business decisions
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and customer support

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer a range of perks and rewards, including:

Essential Capabilities
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, R, Python, and Tableau
- Strong understanding of data science concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions to complex business problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and analysts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Capabilities
* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
- Experience communicating at the executive level
