Job Summary

As a Customer Service Call Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Strong data entry skills (40 wpm or higher)
  • Familiarity with Office Works Programs or similar software
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the energy industry or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
