Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team of professionals at arenaflex. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of arenaflex to our clients, providing exceptional service and support to our Card Members visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge at the IAH Airport. You will be responsible for delivering unparalleled service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
- Providing exceptional service and support to Card Members, addressing their needs and concerns
- Resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
- Providing travel and lifestyle suggestions and recommendations
- Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise in all interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment
- Experience in a carrier, lounge, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to listen actively and respond to client needs and concerns
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using technology and various software applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 pounds)
