Responsibilities:

### Live Chat Support

  • Engage with arenaflex subscribers via live chat to assist them with various data entry tasks, including updating account information, resolving billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive interaction with every subscriber.

### Data Management

  • Accurately input and update subscriber data within arenaflex's systems while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's standards and policies.

### Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive interaction with every subscriber.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions, to facilitate seamless communication and problem resolution.

### Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, technical support, and billing departments, to address subscriber needs effectively.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and best practices.

### Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's standards and policies.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with data entries to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.

### Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions, to facilitate seamless communication and problem resolution.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
