Key Responsibilities

  • Logging in to the live chat portal each morning and engaging with customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilizing the live chat software's features to respond to common inquiries and collaborate with a chat supervisor for more complex questions
  • Completing a comprehensive training program to familiarize yourself with the tools and processes before starting your role
  • Maintaining a consistent work schedule and adhering to instructions from your supervisor
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet connectivity to use chat and email functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent work schedule
  • Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week
