Key Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner
- Assisting customers with booking, changes, cancellations, and other inquiries related to their travel plans
- Staying informed about arenaflex's products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals related to customer satisfaction, including metrics such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and net promoter score
Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
