Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our remote team, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries promptly and effectively, providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures
- Assisting customers with booking, changes to reservations, and other service requests
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and tact, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported

- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
