Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our team, responsible for collecting, processing, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and collecting information from various sources, including employees, departments, and clients, to ensure accurate and timely updates to our databases.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and correcting errors to optimize swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handling additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1+ years' experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, employees, and clients.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch-typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience with data management software, such as CRM systems or database management tools.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in data entry or a related field.
