Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Scheduling and Synchronization of Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and update calendars, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and events are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Involvement in Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Paying for Costs: Process and manage expenses, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Company Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including handling inbound and outgoing communications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle all Inbound and Outgoing Communications: Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
