Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Creating and/or updating service requests in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability, providing expert knowledge and guidance
- Maintaining customer records and updating account information in our database, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
- Scheduling and confirming technician appointments with customers and assigned technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Comfort with outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
