Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote work-from-home basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicating with global and domestic vendors to resolve issues and negotiate agreements
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
• Tracking domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Conducting quality control checks on product packaging and reporting any discrepancies
• Creating and maintaining reports to track customer interactions and sales data
• Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry and documentation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Executing other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of work experience or education in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with office equipment, including printers, copiers, and multi-line telephones
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
