Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our Finance and Payroll team in APAC, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions. You'll work closely with our team to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and provide exceptional customer service to our members. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions, ensuring that customer information and account details are up-to-date and precise.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Work closely with the Finance and Payroll team to ensure seamless data entry and processing, and provide support as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data entry is a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent typing skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including live chat platforms and data entry tools.
