Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our 2nd shift and weekend team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer care skills and knowledge
Schedule and Work Environment
* 4-day weekend shift schedule: Saturday (12:30pm-11pm Eastern time), Sunday (9am-7:30pm Eastern time), Monday (10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time), and Tuesday (10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time)
- Flexible schedule with 10-hour shifts per day
- Hybrid and remote work opportunities available for qualified candidates
- arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, but you'll need to provide a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
- Quarterly bonus opportunities

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the lighting industry and arenaflex products
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
