We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our APAC payroll team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of employee internet pay, with a high degree of duty, discretion, and confidentiality. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include:- Payroll processing of assigned APAC countries using a 3rd-party payroll company.
- Weekly expenses are processed in-house through Workday Host-To-Host Fee.
- Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll providers timely through Workday HCM.
- Responsible for reporting new hires/leavers' files to the payroll company in the timeline, ensuring all new hire paperwork complies.
- Validation of payroll input against payroll check-in and coordination with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections.
- Coordinate with payroll companies on timely payout to personnel and statutory payments.
- Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation.
- Point of contact for employees on payroll questions through the Zendesk ticketing system.
- Record, screen on monthly payroll price and raise purchase orders.
- Report, reveal on payroll providers' settlement renewal date.
- Collaborate with Philippines and Singapore team members and follow global system alignment.
Information, Enjoyment, and Capabilities Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience in payroll and accounting processing for at least 2 years in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Experience running in APAC payroll, a must in Korea, Australia, and India.
- Remarkable knowledge of payroll and associated statutory labor laws required for payroll-related calculations.
- Above-average use of Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Word, and Workday.
- Language abilities - robust written and verbal communication in English.
