What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Here are just a few of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

• Engage directly with customers: You'll be the primary point of contact for customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, including pharmacy-related inquiries and concerns.
• Research and problem-solve: You'll use your critical thinking skills to research and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Go above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for team members who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Follow up and follow through: You'll be responsible for following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they're satisfied with the outcome.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are just a few of the key requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment: You'll need to have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues.
• Excellent communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll need to be able to juggle multiple customer issues at once and think critically to resolve complex problems.
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll need to be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.
• Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to be able to pass a background check and obtain a KY Rx Tech license to work in this role.
