  • Staying informed about arenaflex's products, policies, and services, including new releases, promotions, and company updates
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in live chat customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Work Schedule
