Key Responsibilities:

As a part-time customer support specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain machines, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards
  • Investigating and troubleshooting issues with pop fountain equipment
  • Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
  • Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Providing exceptional customer service, remaining positive, and working collaboratively with colleagues to create outstanding customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
  • A valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
