Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our Medicare members. You'll be the knowledgeable, trusted advocate for our members, using your skills and expertise to motivate positive change and collaboration. This position requires a high degree of adaptability, empathy, and patience, and we're looking for top talent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
- Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely resolution of member inquiries
- Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations as our standard
- Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and provide solutions
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
- Minimum: $17.00
- Maximum: $27.16
Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
- Or, equivalent military experience
