• Working with online instruction and best-answer templates to communicate with our clients
• Performing various online tasks, such as data entry, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online jobs
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency in using a PC/MAC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels
• A willingness to learn and improve in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
