Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging in training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Providing top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats.
- Maintaining commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency.
- Upholding high standards of accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
While experience in customer service is preferred, it's not mandatory. To be considered for this role, you should:
