What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and documenting customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner: Ensure that our members' issues are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Following company procedures and ensuring accurate trip data input: Maintain the highest level of data integrity and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for resolution: Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless experience for our members
  • Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems: Juggle multiple tasks and systems to provide timely and accurate support to our members
  • Review and educate members on services and insurance coverage: Educate our members on their benefits and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): A strong foundation in education is essential for this role
  • 0-2 years of related experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service is essential
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role
  • Ability to type 35wpm or more: A high level of typing proficiency is required to efficiently manage customer interactions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, having the following skills will make you a strong candidate:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is a plus
