About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:
- Engage directly with customers: You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Research and problem-solve: You'll use your critical thinking skills to determine the best solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
- Go above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for team members who can engage with our customers, think creatively, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to juggle multiple tasks and think on your feet to resolve complex issues.
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work requirements.
- Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to meet the necessary requirements to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
