Job Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You will be responsible for assisting customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that every customer is satisfied and valued.
  • Offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions, helping them to make informed decisions about their travel plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that customer information is secure and confidential.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate online tools and systems, including CRM software and other customer service platforms.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory – we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to learn and grow.
