Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our online airport support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels such as chat and email, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns.
  • Assisting passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries, ensuring that their travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements, ensuring that passengers have a clear understanding of their travel options.
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure that passengers receive the highest level of service.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience, working closely with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
