Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our team, responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collecting and entering data, ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and reflect the latest developments, updates, and transactions. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors to ensure accurate capturing.
- Organizing and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
- Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases.
- Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Handling additional duties from time to time, as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years' experience in a relevant field, preferably in data entry or a related role.
- Language Skills: Good command of English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel, with strong touch-typing skills.
- Soft Skills: Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods, perform accurately with adequate speed, and work effectively in a team environment.
