What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for our customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to wow our customers, engaging with them in a way that's personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused
- Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while providing top-notch service
- Collaborating with our team to drive continuous improvement, quality, and service excellence
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a way that's clear, concise, and empathetic
- The ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on providing solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer
- Flexibility to adjust your schedule and work overtime as needed to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
- The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- A commitment to being your best, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
