Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with our team to meet or exceed defined service level goals, while adhering to our company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, and email channels

  • Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our system to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring compliance and maintaining a positive work environment

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing creative solutions to complex customer issues
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with basic software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
