Job Summary:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with our team to meet or exceed defined service level goals, while adhering to our company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, and email channels
- Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our system to ensure seamless communication and resolution
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring compliance and maintaining a positive work environment
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
