Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates
- Navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
- Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers
- Exceeding customer expectations by providing best-in-class service and support
The Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully complete mandatory training
- Have customer service experience

* Work from home in approved states

Job Type and Pay
* Full-time job with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour
- Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and work from home opportunities
Shift and Availability
* 10-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, and night shifts available
- Monday to Friday, with weekend availability

* Remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from home
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required
