- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures
Requirements
* Fluency in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required; we are open to training and developing the right candidate
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, managing time and workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
