About the Opportunity We are seeking a high-caliber Business Administration Instructor to deliver live, structured, and career-focused online training to adult learners. This role is best suited for professionals who:
- Have real-world business experience
- Can confidently teach in a live virtual classroom
- Are committed to student outcomes and accountability
This is not a passive or self-paced teaching role. You will be delivering live instruction daily, engaging students, and maintaining academic standards. What You Will Teach Courses may include:
- Business Fundamentals
- Principles of Management
- Workplace Communication
- Business Operations & Administration
- Introduction to Accounting / Finance concepts
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online classes (5 PM – 9 PM, Mon–Fri) – attendance and punctuality are critical
- Lead interactive, structured, and outcome-driven lessons
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Track and evaluate student performance
- Maintain accurate academic records and LMS updates
- Provide timely feedback and student support
- Uphold institutional and academic integrity standards
Mandatory Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of real-world industry experience
- Strong English communication (clear, confident, professional)
- Ability to teach live online classes with engagement and structure
- Comfortable using Zoom / MS Teams / LMS platforms (Moodle preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
Strongly Preferred
- Teaching experience (college, private institution, or corporate training)
- Experience teaching adult learners / career-focused programs
- Familiarity with Canadian workplace practices
