Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Remote only and US Only)

Job Description
We’re looking for the setter who sounds like a friend calling with good news: natural, relaxed, and confident. The kind of person whose tonality alone books meetings that others couldn’t book in a hundred dials. If you understand the difference between talking at someone and talking with someone — keep reading. Important: This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor role. There is no base salary — you are paid based on performance. Performance Expectations
- Minimum: 150–200+ dials per day
- Target: 5–12+ qualified booked demos per day
- Show rate matters: we track how many of your bookings actually attend
- Performance is measured on demos booked and demos showed — not just activity

We’re scaling fast and need high-performing setters who can consistently feed our closers with quality appointments. What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US and Australian business owners
- Engage decision-makers with natural, conversational tonality
- Deliver our unique hook with confidence
- Book qualified demos with decision-makers who are likely to show
- Maintain daily call volume and booking targets
- Log all activity accurately in the CRM
- Participate in daily standups and weekly performance reviews
- Continuously improve your approach based on results
What We Require
- 1+ year of outbound cold calling experience (phone-first)
- Strong tonality, pacing, and conversational skills
- Fluent, natural English with a US-friendly communication style
- Resilience and consistency under high rejection volume
- Comfortable speaking with business owners across industries
- Strong discipline in CRM usage and activity tracking

Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based (Independent Contractor)
- Paid per qualified demo that shows
- Uncapped earnings — the more qualified demos that show, the more you earn
