Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing detailed information about our automotive products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
