Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Manager to join our Digital Character Client Experience team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of digital character client experience initiatives in store conditions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our item, field, and investigation groups to develop and execute customer experience plans, and will be responsible for managing projects, leading cross-functional teams, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development of digital character client experiences across various touchpoints, including store administration work areas and checkout

  • Analyze existing CX streams at various touchpoints to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement tests for personality catch (telephone no) to improve customer experience
  • Develop and execute customer experience plans to upgrade personality catch and utilization at exchange point
  • Foster an execution guide for select experience execution and collaborate with item, field, and investigation groups to develop and execute customer experience plans
  • Participate in cross-functional gatherings joining forces with item and surveys and approve tests
  • Oversee tests in the field and send tests in arrangement with Walmart field activities groups
  • Collaborate with examination to decipher results and suggest and execute upgrades
  • Track progress of the examination, set up and execute announcing structure, and foster gauges to beat expected chances
  • Partner the executives to keep up with associations with Walmart groups to ensure effective execution

Capabilities

* Four year college education required

  • 7+ years in Tasks jobs, preferably with somewhere around 3 years of involvement with retail, store, or Omni climate
  • 5+ years executing new drives in a store climate
  • Solid and demonstrated capacity to impact inside partners
  • Demonstrated insight in executing effective drives
  • Experience with Lithe techniques and venture the board apparatuses
