Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Remote Data Entry & Analytics Specialist to join our Healthcare Information Systems team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in healthcare data management while working from the comfort of their homes.

In this role, you will be responsible for the layout and transport of complex analyses, reporting answers, and packages to satisfy enterprise needs. You will interact directly with internal clients and co-workers in the development of reporting and analytic solutions, as well as software design. Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with internal partners and agencies in the design and development of reporting answers, analytic research, and packages to support enterprise objectives.
• Develop, validate, and execute complex queries that address critical business questions from internal clients. Create sophisticated reports and perform data analysis that provides meaningful answers to business challenges.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business areas. Present your findings to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Design and develop applications for internal clients, ensuring that solutions meet their specific needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Evaluate data needs for assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability. Determine appropriate data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment approaches.
• Transform raw data into actionable statistics through innovative reporting solutions that drive business decisions.
• Troubleshoot technical details and issues with precision and efficiency, minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information in understandable terms.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, including manipulating forms, tables, queries, and other database objects
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization
  • Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automating tasks and creating custom solutions
• Experience with reporting platforms, particularly SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
• Development experience with programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, or JavaScript
• Database language proficiency, particularly in Transact SQL
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be considered a strong asset:

• Experience with reporting platforms such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying information structures (such as ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop
• Database experience with Oracle
• Proficiency in Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience
